Clarification on GST applicable, on sale of second hand vehicles

  • If the sale value of the Second hand vehicle is less than the depreciated value as per the books NO GST WILL BE APPLICABLE. 
  • and If the sale value is higher than the depreciated value than only difference amount will attract GST as @9% CGST + @9% SGST= 18%
